2014
Global Migration Canada Founded by Manuel G. Viola in Toronto, Canada (AKA Manny Viola)
“I always had passion for law & my community. I knew that my future endeavors would always involve working with the people.
Not long after getting my Citizenship in Canada, I became I license Immigration Consultant.
Within half a year of operating, we opened our first office in Toronto Canada.”
2015
We worked on a lot of Caregiver program cases.
Which lead to meeting people in the immigration community that helped propelled the company in its early days! (Honestly, we wouldn't have made it without these early Contributors!
We got busier, so we hired a few more full-time members...
2016
The whole immigration industry in Canada shifted when the Government allowed international students to...
When the Canadian Government allowed international students to work outside campus and bring their spouse on an open work permit, as well as their children, we knew we had to pivot our operation.
The student pathway not only became the most popular service in our firm, but it quickly became the most popular pathway in Canada.
In 2019 alone, over 600,000 international students were accepted into the country.
Our first Partner School was Anderson College
When we started working on study permit applications, we only had Anderson College. Today we have partner schools in almost every province & City in Canada.
Here we are at our first trade show at the “Fiesta & Trade Show Toronto”
Throughout the next couple of years our name sprad fast, and we started hosting more immigration events & Seminars, to help educate more people on the topic of Canadian Immigration.
2017
We Opened our first Philippine Branch in Cebu!
In partnership with my fellow Immigration Consultant, friend & Classmate Rainer, we opened our first Branch in Cebu to accommodate our growing Filipino Clients.
That’s where we discovered a real passion for our work and realized that a well written and planned application makes a big impact on your journey!
2018
We Opened our second Philippine Branch in Mandaluyong!
Not long after opening our Cebu Branch we opened our Mandaluyong Branch to accommodate our growing client demands in the area.
Our clients realize we had what it takes to get people to Canada, so they started referring us to their friends & family.
This was a new beginning for us!
Before we opened our offices, we had trouble dealing with the workload but now with three offices, one in Toronto Canada, and two in the Philippines, Cebu & Mandaluyong.
Our work output tripled, and we are now able to accommodate our growing clientele in the area!
2019
NEW ADDITION TO THE GMC TEAM!
2019 was another big year for our firm, and it wouldn’t have made as much impact without Zita, our newest addition to our team.
Zita was a big part of our expansion in 2019. With her savvy marketing and business acumen, we were able to reach new heights!
2020
2020 was a dark year for many of us around the world. But thanks to a few new members of our Marketing team, we were able to keep on going.
